Satisfaction
Our goal is customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your service or product, please let us know as soon as possible. We do not offer cash back for services, but we will make every attempt to resolve the concerns, even if it means working with another stylist in our salon. All concerns need to be presented no longer than 2 weeks after purchase.

Children
Studio 72 is a day spa where clients come for hair services, spa treatments and relaxation. Children of all ages are welcome, however, proper supervision is imperative in order to maintain the quiet relaxing environment sought by our guests.

Cancelations
We appreciate 24 hours notice when canceling your appointment. We understand last minute situations can require a cancelation, but habitual last minute cancelations may require a credit card deposit.
“No call, no show” appointments cannot not be rebooked online, or by phone, without the owner’s authorization. Please call and ask to speak to Lynne.

Multiple Services
Multiple service bookings totaling more than $150 may require a credit card deposit.

Bridal Party Services
All bridal party services require a contract. Please contact Studio 72 for details.
